Mia Bella Nails

First, I have to say that I am not complaining about a bad color treatment. Even the best stylist can mess up. Rather, I am complaining about how it was all handled. They have a single hair stylist named Chris. I told her specifically what I wanted and she said she could do it. When she was done, I thought my hair looked great. I was very happy. She charged me $132 and I gave her $148. When I went home, I discovered that what I thought were smooth blonde highlights in the shop, were actually chunky patches of beige, blonde, and brown. And when I parted my hair in different places I noticed there were large areas of roots which hadn't even been touched! I was very upset, so my b/f called to request a correction. She relluctantly scheduled one, saying she was still going to charge me for the product used. I found that in itself to be unethical but I agreed. Then the day comes for the correction and she calls saying she isn't going to correct it after all because she doesn't think I will be happy with it. WTF?! I just gave her $150, she didn't give me what I EXPLICITLY asked for, and to top it off she left whole sections of roots untouched. Any other shop would have made her give me a correction if she refused. Now I'm going to have to spend another $150 to get my hair done right. If she isn't going to correct it I should have been compensated!
