Our company was originally incorporated in 1972 and has survived a number of transitions and transformations in the real estsate industry since then.

We offer the full array of real estate services for Buyers, Sellers, Investors and Tenants
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Wakefield Realtors is veteran real estate agent owned and operated, and our limited number of agents are veterans in the industry as well. It is by choice that we remain small so that we can adapt easily to the rapidly changing real estate market of today.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are located in North Central San Antonio but our agents work the entire San Antonio metropolitan area.

Our office is located 1 mile outside Loop 1604 on the southeast corner of Huebner Road and Blanco Road in the Stone Oak (Sonterra) subdivision.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Personal Checks, Money Orders Cashier's Checks, Cash and Electronic Payments
Which areas do you service?
San Antonio and the surrounding metropolitan area
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Ron Wakefield is the Broker of record, Alan Cooper is the President and Manager of Operations
What are your hours of operation?
We are open from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday. We monitor our automated phone system 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The greatest compliment our clients give us is the referral of our services to their friends, family and associates.
