How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Owner Bob Cox was a electronics test engineer our of college and noticed that there were no commercial firms selling automated test equipment (ATE). He borrowed money and started his own company.

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our software is extremely user friendly and we have a tremendous service department.

We manufacture here in San Antonio only. We do have location in Shanghai China.
