Please be advise that this company is no longer operating under an honest and ethical system. We were almost rip-off by them on 4/10/12 by a technician whom was sent to my home, because my AC was not cooling the house. I have been a client of them for over five years, they have been coming to my home for service maintenance calls. The man that came into my home yesterday had no clue that we have been their clients and that one of the parts (the starter kit) which he claimed was not working had been replaced by them in 08-2011 and was still under the one year warranty. He also proceeded to tell us that the capacitor also needed to be replace and once those two parts, were replaced he could tell us what the problem was which we were not sure that he was telling us the truth. They wanted to charge us $75,for the diagnotic, $64 for labor to install a new starter kit and $148 for a new capacitor. For many reasons which would take me a long time to explain we decided not to let him continue the work. I called another company which came to my home and diagnosed the problem and corrected immidiately, which had nothing to do with the previous thieves diagnostic. Be aware of their practices and avoid their service. We will go through the small claims court today and submit the paperwork to recover the amount that was given to the technician who rectify our problem for cost of the starter kit that was under warranty and the estimate that was also given to the technician that did the repair. We will also report them to the Better Business Bureau and put out a news alert through our sub-community news paper of this company who are dishonest.
