Calais Villas Condominiums

I have lived in Calais Villas for 13 years. I enjoyed living there when Kathy was the Manager but ever since Norma has become our new manager, everything has gone downhill. The renovations that are being done to the complex is poor quality work. They repaved the parking lot but left the potholes. I was embarrassed when a friend of mine told me the complex was looking like a S...hole. Yes, there are garages for each unit, but residents use them for storage and use the GUEST parking spaces instead, so when guests come to visit they have no place to park. There are 120 units and not enough parking spaces. I own a condo there and I have asked Norma to replace a door she specifically told me the Homeowner's Association was responsible for replacing. It still has not been replaced and it has been 6 months now. When I addressed it to her she said there were other projects being worked on that took priority. Well they sure managed to take time to add a patio next to my building I didn't even have a vote on. Norma took it upon herself to have this patio added without consulting with the other homeowner's around the area. I am looking to sell my condo. Other than shotty renovations, an unfriendly, uncaring manager, the complex is quiet and my neighbors are wonderful.
