How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have worked in the insurance field since 1976 beginning with GIC, Aetna and then BCBS. In the early 1980's I was requested to come to work for an orthopedic group and that begin my working with physicians. In mid-1998, I decided it was time to open my own medical billing service on a percentage basis as I was tired of seeing the 'paper-shuffler's' earn the weekly paycheck
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I treat each office separate to make it an easy transition into my business. I treat all providers, large or small, equally and work with the staff and physician to ensure maximum reimbursement.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location
