Relevant, relaxed, and relational, minus all the cliches. Meeting at the Hilton Garden Inn
The Movement Church of San Antonio is growing. But even more importantly, God is doing some pretty crazy things. We are experiencing miracles of provision and divine favor like never before. Kingdom minded people are partnering with us because they share our dream. We simply desire to reach people who are far away from God and then train them to do the same.
One of the biggest blessings occurred just recently. We are now gathering at the Hilton Garden Inn every Sunday at 11:00 AM for worship and teaching. The story of how God opened the door for us to meet in this location is unreal. It all began with a simple prayer that God honored in a huge way.
There are many ways to connect with us if you are looking to be part of The Movement. Our pastor meets with people in restaurants and coffee shops to train them in the disciple-making strategy of Jesus. He also teaches online groups through Google Hangouts. And even though we just recently started ourselves, we are already training people in Austin and Houston to launch mission churches of The Movement.
In addition, we are planting house churches wherever we have the opportunity. These home fellowships, or tribes as we like to call them, provide some of the most rewarding experiences you will ever have in your Christian walk. The environment is warm. The teaching is interactive, and the way members care for one another is inspiring.
We are just trying to build a better church, the New Testament way. How cool it would be to relive the book of Acts in our generation.
